Mehandi For Different Body Parts

 As we all Know Mehandi is used For decorative Purpose for skin and hair. There are various types of mehandi designs, oftenly differentiate with divergent culture ,states or countries.

Mehandi is not only used for hands and feets, it also used for decorate wrist, forearm, and near to shoulder(biceps) also, to print the pattern like body accessories. for different body parts, differnt pattern /shapes/ designs are used, according to the size and visibility of particular bodypart. So it is very neccessary to adjust the design accurately to create decent and attractive look.

 In this post i am categorizing mehandi with respect to different body parts. So that you can get idea about the shapes and designs for different body parts.

1) Fingers Mehandi Design:-

We use different pattern for finger mehandi designs (not same as hands), because palm of the hand filled with large shapes and patterns which we can't engrave on fingers. for fingers thin patterns like lines (straight, diagonal, multiple diagonal, criss-cross) are recommended by focusing on the width of finger.

2) Toe Mehandi Designs:-

 Toe is smaller than finger size and bit wide in width than fingers. so for toes, we can go for the patterns same as fingers or hands as well. if you want to recreate the pattern same as your palm ,instead of printing one broad shape, i suggest to adjust small/tiny/ medium sized multiple shapes. so that the design would be clean and attractive.

3) Wrist Mehandi Design:-

Wrist mehandi design tend to be both vertical ,horizontal and diagonal shape design. But you have to draw the shapes as it should extend towards the lenght of forearm. Adjust the pattern or shape carefully so that can't seems like apart. commonly used wrist mehandi pattern are bracellete type mehandi design, paisley pattern, grid of differnt shapes, tight or loose net and bangles type design.

4) Arm Mehandi Design:-

You can draw many interesting pattern on arm, either you can do on forearm and backarm seperate Or by joining forearm and backarm pattern as one. Circular designs are more simple for arm mehandi design, as it contain same pattern for both sides. Most popular arm mehandi design include the cultural artwork like pots, portrays of bride /groom, religious word blessings and motifs.

5) Foot Mehandi Design:-

Feet mehandi design is not much noticable as hands, you can go for tight mesh of same pattern, geomatric patterns, paisley, mandalas, patches type designs with unique broad border line . Border line of the foot can be design same as accessories like anklet design.

6) Biceps Mehandi Design:-

Biceps mehandi design are new in body part, influenced by tattoos work. Biceps design should be of patch, symbol or any ornament type. Mesh, paisley, stems not gonna work on biceps. i suggest you to draw one symbolic pattern like angel wings, mandalas, flowers, chains and armcuff.
